Probably the most typical example of an AZ Collection, with its Bordeaux-red finish, gold-plated hardware, ebony fingerboard, split-block fretmarkers, and "Zoller" headstock logo. However, a conventional humbucking pickup has been fitted rather than the usual Shadow AZ-48 unit.

This example is fitted with the Shadow AZ pickup, but has simple dot fret-markers instead of the usual split-block type..

An AZ Collection with a "Hofner" logo on the headstock rather than an "Zoller".

An AZ Collection with a vintage sunburst finish rather than the usual Bordeaux-red. Also a conventional humbucking pickup has been fitted rather than the Shadow/AZ type.
