Note the reddish tinge to the sunburst finish of this particular guitar - unusual for a Committee. The body does of course have a lower bout width of 18", which in the late-1960's was unique to the Committee model.
The figuring on the birds-eye maple laminate of this particular guitar does not seem to be as pronounced as on most other Committee examples.
The steel-button spring-loaded tuners that were fitted to the last of the Hofner Committees. Note the "22" stamped into the rear of the headstock.
