Although this guitar has a body date of June 1960, it does not have an adjustable truss rod in the neck.
Instead of being shipped to Selmer without a truss-rod, this Committee was actually sold to a retailer called Willibald Kreuzinger who were based in Schwienfurt, a town located only about 40 miles from Hofner's workshops in Bubenreuth. The Musikhaus Kreuzinger company are still in business selling all types of musical instruments, including Hofner classical guitars.
