1964 HOFNER MODEL 470 ELECTRIC ARCHTOP
GUITAR
Body Date: 15/6/1964
COURTESY OF DETLEV GOLDAU,
GERMANY:

Similar electrics to the 1964
Committee are fitted - two volume controls, one tone control, and a
Solo/Rhythm rotary switch, plus a three-way pickup selector switch.
Unusually, a non-engraved (but gold-plated) escutcheon tailpiece has been fitted.

The
birdseye maple back and sides is a little unusual for a 470 - but not
unknown by any means.
