1970's HOFNER MODEL 4580 SEMI-ACOUSTIC GUITAR

This 4580 is equipped with two Hofner Type 515 Pickups. 

Note the metal nut fitted to this particular guitar. (Similar to that fitted to some versions of the Hofner 175 Solid.)
