It would seem that this model was initially branded under the "Burns-Weill" label. Presumably therefore, those guitars labeled Fenton-Weill" were made after Henry Weill's split with James Ormston Burns in around 1960. The Fenton-Weill RP1/G model appeared in the F-W brochure of 1961.

There are some photos of Al Kirtley's Burns Weill on his very enjoyable website: www.alkirtley.co.uk  Al played his Burns-Weill throughout the formative years of British Rock n' Roll.

These guitars appeared in the 1962 Bells Catalogue, and were available for only a very short time in the UK. They were Eastern European guitar bodies, imported into Britain and then fitted out with Weill/Burns electrics. (Thanks to Roland of Battledown Brewery for the information.)
