The Dualmaster Compact show great similarities to the later (?) Fenton-Weill Cadet and the near-identical Selmer 1st Series Futurama Corvette, which was made by Henry Weill made for Selmer, possibly based on his own range.
It is now looking likely that there was a range of "Dualmaster"
amplifiers, as we have heard of the existence of a larger combo version of the
Compact fitted with a 12" speaker, as well as the Dualmaster
Packaway of course.
The Compact was fitted with an 8" speaker and simple single volume, tone
and tremolo speed and depth controls. Size of cabinet: 17" wide x
13.5" high x 7.5" deep.
