FENTON-WEILL AMPLIFIERS

THE FENTON-WEILL AUDITORIUM 30 GUITAR AMPLIFIER (1962-63)

Black styling with quilted cream trim in common to some other Fenton-Weills during the 1962-63 period, the Auditorium 30 was wired up using two separate 15 watt amplifier circuits in order to provide 30 watts of total output through a 12" heavy duty loudspeaker.  One of the amplifiers was fed through a Hammond spring reverb unit, and a blend control was used to adjust the amount of reverb being fed into the speaker.
