Mid-1960s VALVE c.50 Watt AMPLIFIER HEAD - SPEAKER CABINET COMBINATION

(1964 to 1966?)

The above photo shows Bird's Senior Sales Rep, Len Chead, at the 1964 UK Music Trade Show with the newly introduced amp head - speaker cabinet combination. We have no real information about this model, other than the photos on this page which have been obtained from 1960s advertising matter, together with photos of an actual chassis and a speaker cabinet. We assume that this model was made in both lead and bass versions. Any further information would be gratefully received!
